전기 여객기 미드나이트(Midnight)는 도심 항공 이동을 위해 설계된 조종사 탑승형 전기 수직 이착륙 항공기이다. 이 항공기는 승객 4명과 조종사 1명을 태우고 최대 100마일까지 비행할 수 있다. 미드나이트는 짧은 충전 시간으로 20~50마일 거리의 연속 비행을 신속하게 수행할 수 있도록 최적화되었다. 기체 전반에 탄소섬유 복합재를 적용해 무게와 강도의 균형을 맞췄다. 객실에는 좌석 사이에 부분 격벽을 두어 승객 이름과 목적지, 출발 시간을 표시한다. 전면 파노라마 창은 승객에게 아래로 펼쳐지는 도시의 전망을 제공한다.
