주거용 주택 J.Lalli 밸리 빌라는 중국 모간산에 위치한 산악형 주거 개발 프로젝트입니다. 총 건축 면적 23,000제곱미터 규모로 130세대를 수용합니다. 건물은 경사면을 따라 계단식으로 배치되어 각 주택이 충분한 일조량과 넓은 산 조망을 확보할 수 있습니다. 네 개의 주거 단지가 보행로와 정자를 공유하며, 각 단지에는 무장애 접근을 위한 휠체어 엘리베이터가 설치되어 있습니다. 산지와 수목의 훼손을 최소화하기 위해 필로티 구조와 조립식 강재 부재를 적용했습니다.
